Daniela Claudio General Manager

Daniela was born and raised in Puerto Rico and spent several years working as an Art Director in advertising, leading everything from brand design to high-energy commercial production sets. Through that experience, she developed a strong foundation in leadership, team collaboration, problem-solving, and creating exceptional client experiences.

Her background taught her how to manage fast-paced environments, lead diverse teams, and bring people together around a shared vision; skills that naturally shaped her transition into her role as General Manager at Wattage.

With a long-standing passion for fitness, people, and creative problem-solving, stepping into the wellness space felt like the perfect fit. Daniela brings both operational leadership and a people-first mindset to Wattage, helping create an environment where both clients and the team can thrive.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find her salsa dancing, rock climbing, taking her puppy (Cala) to the dog park, or hanging out at the beach until the sun sets (and if Chicago weather allows it).
