PERSONAL TRAINING

1-on-1 Personal Training

Welcome to a holistic approach to your training. We look at everything you are doing and not doing and help you put the puzzle together. Program design and coaching with the long-term goal in mind.  

Whether you’re here to build muscle, burn fat, recover from an injury or put an end to a sedentary lifestyle, you can expect sixty minutes of pure devotion to redefining how you feel inside and out. Sessions include a dynamic warm-up, targeted exercises designed to achieve your specific goals, and post-workout recovery.

We have specializations in Post Rehab Training, Pre/Post Natal, Youth & Adult Athletes, Wedding Prep, First Timers and much more.

Semi-Private Training (2 people)

Reap the benefits of personalized instruction, at a fraction of the cost. Semi-Private Training at Wattage is a fresh, expert approach to fitness for the inside and outside. Custom designed fitness services specifically tailored to 2 people.

Small Group Training (3-6 people)

Get the energized vibe of a group fitness class while experiencing the benefits of an individualized approach. Our personal trainers will spend time cueing each and every person in class and provide an up-beat, go at your own pace environment so every level of athlete feels welcome!  

If your group exceeds 6 people, we are happy to accommodate! Availability and pricing of our gym services will vary depending on size, please contact us for more information.

Pre & Post-Natal Training

Our primary focus is to help pre & post-natal women feel confident in their changing bodies. A woman’s body feels different every day during and after pregnancy. Training during this time can be confusing due to conflicting information being given over multiple sources. We will provide safe and effective coaching for each trimester during pregnancy and when you return to normal activities after pregnancy.

Youth Training

Wattage offers specialized programming for young athletes. If your student is looking to build muscle, work on speed, or train for their specific sport look no further. We guarantee your student athlete will perform smarter and stronger after working with our certified trainers. Click here to learn more.

Specialty Training

Targeted programs designed to meet specific goals with expert, individualized coaching.

  • Pre & Post-Natal: Safe, adaptive training to help women stay strong and confident through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum.

  • Wedding Prep: Small-group training focused on strength, confidence, and stress relief before the big day.

  • Athlete Training: Sport-specific programming to improve speed, power, and performance while reducing injury risk. Youth or adult.

  • HYROX Training: Specialized coaching to prepare for Hyrox competitions, focusing on endurance, strength, and functional fitness.

Saturday Group Classes

Join Amped, a high-energy, strength-focused session every Saturday at 10 AM, or our monthly HYROX class on the last Saturday of the month at 11:30 AM. They’re 60-minute classes priced at $30 each. Sign up via Mindbody or email us at info@wattagept.com.

Anybody looking to experience the power of XPT's cutting-edge methods to improve health, performance and longevity will love these special events.
