I'M A FIRST TIMER TO WATTAGE. WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Your first session is generally an evaluation. We take your health history, talk to you about your goals, take some body measurements, and run you through the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). From there, we show you the proper way to warm up and then move on to your workout. Wear or bring your workout clothes.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING OR SHOULD I UBER TO WATTAGE?

We have 6 reserved parking spots for our clients (one is the spot in front of the garage door). Arrive by Uber, car, bike, or foot. Our West Loop location is perched beyond the downtown hustle and provides easy access from just about anywhere in Chicago or the surrounding suburbs. Additionally, if you are unable to find parking in one of our assigned parking spots, we will provide valet parking. The valet lot is located west of the Wattage parking lot on Aberdeen St. Just drive through our alley and you will see it.

HOW DO YOU MATCH ME WITH THE RIGHT TRAINER?

We use reality, not algorithms or sales targets, to match you to a personal trainer. Your goals, fitness level, schedule and medical history are all vital. And as you progress, your trainer will too, staying ahead of the curve on trends and technology. Throughout your experience, you’ll get roadmaps that bring results. Because results are why you’re here.

WHAT ARE WATTAGE'S HOURS?

We're all about flexibility. Our trainers meet with clients between 5:00am and 8:00pm by appointment. Whether you are an early bird or a night owl, we do our best to accommodate your schedule.
